20 Years Scared.

My oldest son is 27, he was 2 years old when my wife and I began experimenting with the idea that we could get help in figuring out a life course of action to take that would benefit the whole family.


I worked on deep meditation - clear the mind, quieting the mind. Usually I would give up after an hour, sometimes I would fall asleep.

After several weeks of using this method, I relaxed - fell asleep, I was wakened by a a low growl from my cat that I did not realize was laying nearby watching me. I closed my eyes again and from deep inside the void - the quiet, I heard, "I am Here".

I thought that I was trying too hard, I listened again and the voice spoke louder and said, "I am Here". Although the voice sounded friendly I was spooked by the cat growl and my cat quickly left the room.

I jumped up and told my wife of my experience she was not as excited as I, but we agreed to give it a rest and have never tried this again.

Set The Tone For Safety

You must always make a safe spce for yourself before meditating. Meditation opens you up to higher energies and vibration levels. Unfortunately, the lower vibrations can also sense an opening and work their way in.

Before every meditation, make a safe place for you. This needs to be safe physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I always call upon God, Spirit, and my guides to come in and work with me. I ask them to guide me and protect me and let through only the highest and best.

You may also call upon Archangel Michael for strength and protection, if you wish. Always call upon those in the higher realms for protection and guidance. It may be God and Spirit, Archangels, angels, Gods and Goddesses, or the guides and dieties you work best with.

Your cat responded to the negative energy coming through. Anyone can sound pleasant to earn your trust. You must notice the energy/virational level they carry with them. If they are not higher, they tend to feel heavy or overwhelming.

You may try contact again, but please make a safe space first. It also helps if you have a direction in mind. For example, healing of oneself or other, education, direction in employment, etc.

Relaxing is good. It shows you are fully open. But, that's also why you must protect yourself first.
