Assuming that you have established "yes" and "no" responses, each time you ask a question using a pendulum, you need to stop to let it respond. If you receive no response, then ask if the question is clear. If there is still no response, then you have to make sure both you and your pendulum are cleared.
Repeat the following:
"Please clear and transmute all detrimental energies from me, from my building, and from my pendulum to positive beneficial energy for many years. Allow the Highest Universal Truth to work through me in perfect harmony and balance for the greatest degree of accuracy in my dowsing."
If you just keep asking questions without any response, you are confusing issues. Each time you ask a question, your mind has to be focused on the question and nothing else.
