I just want to know if a pendulum is 100% accurate and can I hold it on top of a picture and get the right answer ?

Can you ask the same question more than oncs at the same time ?
If you ask the pendulum a question is it that it might happen?

This is the first time I'm using a pendulum
and if I ask a question about someone will it give me the right "yes" or "no" answer?

Please read the comments from other questions, you will learn much especially coments from how-accurate-are-pendulums.html and my-pendulum-isn't-giving-me-accurate-answers.html

And, yes you can hold the pendulum over photos, but I don't know how acurate your answers will be.

Pendulums are a tool to be used for the good of all, especially in helping one's self on the spiritual path. They are not to be used for trivial questions or as a game.
