Am I Talking To Spirit Really, or Imagining?

I seem to have a "voice" that comes to me. It is very kind and helpful.

I need lots of help, as I have had and continue to have a very troubled and difficult life. How do I know I'm not just imagining this?

It says things like "I am with you," "I love you and care for you," "You are protected."

Only loving and kind messages. In the human sense, I am very alone in the world...no family, partner...just a few friends.

Please contact me back. I feel very unhappy and desperate...don't know how I can continue on.

I spoke to Tanya this morning, which was wonderful of course. I need this kind of support, to know I am really communicating with Spirit. I am learning a lot, and thank you all for your kind thoughts and wishes.

Spirit Voices

I have been there and back so I know what the difference is between spirit voices and imagination.

Spirit voices you "hear" in your soul - it is nothing like imagination or hearing a regular voice.

You are very special if they are trying to comunicate with you as there is something very special you are here on earth to do. I found that out myself.

You are never alone. Ask for their help and it will come. You must trust them completely. Try some meditation or some spiritual counseling.

Hello S W,

You are not imagining the voice(s). You are not alone in this world, you have your spiritual guide(s), and the Higher Power who are always with you. They are there ready to help you at any time, all you have to do is ask from your heart.

Often times, our loved ones may come in and speak to us. In my experience, my loved ones - my mother, partner and sister often came in to speak to me - to offer support and encouragement.

We are going through times of great change and whatever happens to us, happens for a reason. We need to:

let go of our attachments
let go of our patterns of behavior that no longer suit us,
to live in the moment and
to go with the flow.

If we don't, we encounter difficulties.
