You Can Reduce Inflammation by Following This Anti Inflammation
Diet Plan

If you follow an anti inflammation diet plan by eliminating and including particular foods, you will decrease inflammation, especially silent inflammation in your body.

How do you know if you have silent inflammation?

There is a blood test to trace the presence in the blood of a marker of inflammation. C-reactive protein (CRP) is a molecule produced in the liver in response to inflammation.

But, there is another way to suspect the presence of silent inflammation without the need of using the blood test.

If you have excessive weight issues, especially a body fat percentage that is too high, it is one way of predicting the presence of an invisible almost certain inflammation.

It was long thought that the body fat was only an energy reserve with no metabolic activity in the body, but it has been recently discovered that fat is significantly active in producing inflammation.

So we can say that all the excess fat in the body maintains and fuels the fire of silent inflammation, making obesity or being overweight a chronic inflammatory disease.

  • Omega 3 from fish oil (pharmaceutical grade) if your fish intake is not sufficient
  • Also add daily moderate physical activity, and practice a relaxation technique such as meditation
