Child Custody Battle

I am in the middle of a custody battle with my ex and our two childen. I am the mother. I raised them since from birth and now they have been living with their father and stepmother for the past year.

I want to have at least 50/50 time with them. The judge doesn't think it's in their best interest to be with both of us. He thinks they should stay with their father because I am living with my elderly grandparents and can't afford to buy the things for them their dad can.

My question is, am I going to get 50/50 custody?
