I have a few questions.

How do you tell the difference between your ego and your higher self?

I have a lot of spirits that play with me and give me wrong information. Is there anything that I can say in order for me to speak only to those of the highest good?

I also would like to know if when you hear voices they are of the same tone?

I cannot figure out who I'm speaking with, whether it is God or another entity.

Also, I've asked the spirits of the dark side to go away but I can still hear them.

I am so glad to have found this site.

Please accept my apologies, I forgot that I had written two pieces.

In the beginning, the voices told me to kill myself and they tried to provoke me to go out and molest children. I imagine that this was the memory of my molestation, and also negative energies testing me to see if I would perpetuate the cycle of abuse.

I have killed myself in past lives and my soul knows that I will just have to come back. I realize that these are not my thoughts because I am not my thoughts, they are just patterns being repeated in my head.

I also heard loving messages such as, "We are proud of you." and, "We love you." I feel that my light is very powerful and because this is my last life the negative energies are after me to pull me off of my path.

Hi Katherine,

I just would like to say that I hear the same tone voice all the time. I am definitely no expert here, but God told me that the voice I hearing was Him. I'm not saying this is your case, but I guess I need to discern between truth and non-truth. Could you tell me what your voices are saying? Just curious.

Hi Katherine,

You are here on my website because you are meant to be here.

The difference between ego and higher self is vast. The ego is contained in the the mind, and ego will try and prevent you from communicating with your higher self. Your higher self knows everything about you, why you are here and all of your history. It will not lead you astray as will ego.
Your higher self is also the link to God.

One way to eliminate ego is to release all your negative and toxic emotions that keep you blocked and (or) in pain. This work is continuous.

it is important in your communication with spirits to call on Archangel Michael and ask for cleansing and clearing of yourself and your space. For more information on this, go to spiritual protection and also read cleansing.

Once you have asked for protection, there will not be any dark entities, and if you feel them, call in AA Michael once again. He will remove them immediately.

I am able to discern one voice from the other by the intonation. For example I know when I'm speaking to my mother or my husband and with God, you will experience shivers throughout your body. If you are still unsure, use a pendulum and ask.
