Drinking Water and Weight Loss


Drinking water and weight loss go together like birds and flying.

Since water constitutes over two thirds of our body, it is important to realize that water is a natural medicine that benefits our entire body.

It is unfortunate that we take it for granted, and that we are not more vigilant about our natural lakes and rivers.

Because of hearing voices, I heard God say during one of our conversations,

Back to our topic – drinking water and weight loss - if you think about it, you will realize that if you want to flush or release water out of your system, you will need to drink more water and that is important to any weight loss program.

Dehydration Can Lead To Disease

This is the reason that dehydration is a factor in illnesses such as arthritis, asthma and ulcers. It can also be fatal. A heavier person will need about one additional glass of water for every 25 pounds of weight. Dr. Donald S. Robertson suggests that for weight loss one should drink

1 quart of water over approximately 30 minutes in the morning, at noon and between five and six o’clock.

The Effects Of Water On Our Body

Rather than trying to follow some quick fix diet, try to drink more water and think about drinking water and weight loss. You do not have to worry about any warning label, especially if you drink filtered water.
