Fear, Anxiety

I have been living with anxiety and panic disorder for 20 years now. Prior to that I had a life where I never suffered from panic or anxiety. I had a job, always went out etc. until I was struck from one day to another with Agoraphobia so I stay local.


What can I do to finally be able to live life again?

Guided Meditation

Plus, for fear and anxiety you may also benefit from a soothing meditation, even better with a "Guided Meditation", where someone is talking and you are listening.

It really benefits the nervous system and calms me down.

Try the guided meditations from Esther Hicks (who is also a trance medium), I like her guided meditations for General wellness and Physical wellness.
