Eat or drink the juice of this soup whenever you are hungry all day long.
For snacks: eat raw carrots, celery, broccoli or cauliflower or other raw vegetable that you prefer.
If eating raw food is too difficult for you to digest, parboil the vegetable(s). It's important to eliminate eating meat, if you can.
If you do eat meat, or any other protein, do it before 2 pm every day, as it takes 8 hours for your digestive system to properly digest the protein.
