The accuracy of pendulums depends entirely on the one asking the questions. If you are confused or your mind is not clear, you will not receive a clear response.
The response usually comes from your Higher Self, unless you are asking a question to a specific soul or spiritual guide.
Your mind must be open and clear at all times in order to receive a response from your pendulum, unless you are not ready to receive a certain answer. You can always ask that question first.
If your mind is always active, try meditating or yoga to de-stress your mind and body.
