First of all, internal cleansing can mean different things to different people, and when one starts an elimination program be it spiritual, physical, cleaning one’s affairs or residence, it is a good activity that can lead to other types of cleansing.

Take yourself for example, you have been doing your spiritual cleansing concerning your past and present life situations that were locked in your body.

After I returned from my trip to Southern Ontario, where I promoted my book and gave healing sessions to others, I felt very exhausted.
