Is He The Mate Of My Being

I met someone online.

He lives in Brooklyn and I in San Diego. We both agreed that we have never met anyone like each other and that we were going to work on being intimate with each other like we've never done before. We were going to be transparent and expose our vulnerabilities...

While e-mailing each other, I got scared and stopped e-mailing him but three days later wrote and apologized and the following weekend, he went the weekend without communicating to me. It was never the same after that.

I sent him an e-mail and described what it would be like when we finally met and went on our first date. I took him on a virtual date, describing every step of the way. I hit sent and that was the last time I heard from him.

Could he have been "my one" or was he a stop along the way to "my one?"

Hello,

I do not advise anyone to try and meet a soul mate online, so I will not comment on online relationships.
