Why Liver Cleansing Is Important!

Here are very good reasons for doing a liver cleansing regularly.

Liver Cleansing Program

To do this program to cleanse your liver, it involves 3 basic processes:

  • Diet. To ensure the health of your liver and your body, you need foods high in fiber, vitamins and minerals. Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, peppers, and tomatoes. Try juicing your veggies such as cabbage, beets, spinach, carrots and cucumbers. Also make a nutrient 'green drink' of spinach, parsley and green leafy lettuce.
  • Liver/Gallbladder flush
  • Herbal/antioxidant cleansing formulas.

When you do this program, you need to stay away from all fried foods, heavy meats, and coffee, tea. I know it's difficult, but it is very important.

The herbal formula that I recommend is L.G.-W from Pure Herbs. You take a few drops of L.G.-W mixed with water three times daily after meals for about 6 weeks.

You will know that your liver is toxic when you feel a bit nauseous and have a dull headache - that's good, that means these liver cleansing herbs are working. It is 100% herbal medicine combined of:

More Herbs Good For Liver
