Herbs Good for Liver Cleansing!
Most of us do not realize that there are certain herbs that are good for liver cleansing. Your digestion will improve drastically if you take these herbs (listed below) for at least four to six weeks. I know from my own experience. I was suffering from a gaseous and bloated stomach, with bouts of diarrhea. Besides these symptoms, I was also feeling tired and irritable. By the end of June, I realized that it was time for an internal cleansing and change of diet. After visiting my reflexologist, I learned that these specific herbs are good for cleaning the digestive system and the liver. The following herbs can be taken as a tea: Dandelion, Burdock, Milk Thistle, Goldenseal, Culler's Root and Celandine Garlic is also very good for cleaning your digestive system. There is also another combination of herbs that are excellent for cleaning the liver, which is usually in a capsule form: Dandelion Root, Turmeric Root, Parsley Leaves, Blessed Thistle Herb, Angelica , (a spiritual reference for) Angelica Root, Chamomile Flower, Gentian Root, and Goldenrod Herb. You can find all of the herbs that I mentioned in your local health food store. I heartily recommend that if you are seriously concerned about your liver that you follow a
liver cleansing diet
which is a good body cleansing diet. I guarantee that your eating habits will change. You will no longer suffer from certain food cravings which we all get when our digestive systems are out of balance and full of toxins. IN order to fully understand how toxic our systems can become, take a few minutes to watch this very important video as told by Dr. Becky Natrajan, M.D. Are You Toxic? You can take these herbs specifically for 4 weeks, 6 weeks is even better, while following a 9-day cleanse or a 30-day cleanse. Whatever you choose, cleansing your liver and your digestive system is very important. You change the oil in your vehicle to keep it functioning properly, don't you think your body is just as important? These are my recommendations and are not a substitute for a doctor's recommendations. If you are experiencing serious pain, it is advisable for you to make an appointment to see your doctor for a check-up.
