I am thankful for my ability of hearing voices, for when I was suffering from a gaseous and bloated stomach I was told by my spiritual guide to see my reflexologist who told me that I needed to start a maintenance program for my digestive system and she introduced me to the herbs that I know use. Just like you, I get caught up with my daily life and I forget about my own health.

Liver Cleansing Program

To do this program to cleanse your liver, it involves 3 basic processes:

  • Diet. To ensure the health of your liver and your body, you need foods high in fiber, vitamins and minerals. Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, peppers, and tomatoes. Try juicing your veggies such as cabbage, beets, spinach, carrots and cucumbers. Also make a nutrient 'green drink' of spinach, parsley and green leafy lettuce.
  • Liver/Gallbladder flush
  • Herbal/antioxidant cleansing formulas.

When you do this program, you need to stay away from all fried foods, heavy meats, and coffee, tea. I know it's difficult, but it is very important.

The herbal formula that I recommend is L.G.-W from Pure Herbs. You take a few drops of L.G.-W mixed with water three times daily after meals for about 6 weeks.

You will know that your liver is toxic when you feel a bit nauseous and have a dull headache - that's good, that means these liver cleansing herbs are working. It is 100% herbal medicine combined of:

  • Burdock is used as blood cleaner, for hair growth, liver cleanser and stubborn skin problems such as ezxema, acne, boils and shingles.
  • Yellow dock is used as an astringent, a tonic, for scurvy, skin problems especially itchy skin, lymphatic system, syphilis and spongy gums.
  • Calendula is used for cancer and tumors, blood cleanser, circulatory corrective, wounds, varicose veins, gums, frostbite, fistula, athlete's foot, skin pigment disorders and diarrhea and
  • Turkey Rhubarb is used for acute diarrhea, constipation, hemorrhoids, for the duodenum, dry mouth and to relax the digestive organs.

Once you do this liver cleansing, you will feel like a new person!

I have been taking herbal medicines for the last 6 years and I am so impressed with these herbs that I became a distributor.

Les Herbes Pures, is a company in Quebec that ships anywhere in Canada and Pure Herbs Ltd. is a herbal company that ships in the US. If you are interested in ordering L.G.-W or in any other herbal medicines for your symptoms contact me. I will be happy to give you more information

More Herbs Good For Liver

By now, you know that I highly recommend L.G.-W for liver cleansing which is a natural herbal medicine in liquid form. This medicine is very powerful so I caution to go slowly at first with 5 to 7 drops after each meal in a little water or juice.

The following herbs can be taken as a tea:

Dandelion, Burdock, Milk Thistle, Goldenseal, Culler's Root and Celandine.

The Medicinal Uses of Burdock is as a diuretic and is one of the best blood purifiers. It is also used in such as eczema. It can either be taken alone or combined with other remedies, such as Yellow Dock and Sarsaparilla. Read more about Burdock at www.botanical.com.

Garlic is also very good for cleaning your digestive system.

Here is a good combination of herbs that are excellent for cleaning the liver, which is usually in a capsule form:

Dandelion Root, Turmeric Root, Parsley Leaves, Blessed Thistle Herb, Angelica, (a spiritual reference for) Angelica Root, Chamomile Flower, Gentian Root, and Goldenrod Herb.

I use Les Herbes Pures, or Pure Herbs in the US, which are 100% pure liquid herbal extracts to be taken after each meal with juice or hot water.

I have been using natural herbal medicines for years and highly recommend them. The L.G.-W is especially excellent for liver cleansing.

Another product for maintaining your liver, especially if it is congested with excessive drinking is Milk Thistle which is well known to help treat cirrhosis.

If would like to order either L.G.-W, or Milk Thistle from Pure Herbs contact me. I will test to see if your body can take either of these herbal products, especially if you are taking other medications. It is also always important to test any medication to see if it is beneficial for your body.

Your liver is the filter of everything you digest so cleansing it and your digestive system is very important. Just as you change the oil in your vehicle to keep it functioning properly, your body is just as important.

Important: These are my recommendations and are not a substitute for a doctor's recommendations. If you are experiencing serious pain, it is advisable for you to make an appointment to see your doctor for a check-up.
