Pen On The Floor

it was about 3 o clock in the moring I was in my room with the (door?) just laying there, and my mom was in the living room on the sofa just laying there also, and all of a sudden we heard a noise in the kichen that something hit the floor.

We both said, "What was that?"

My mom got up half way and said, "Only a pen is on the kitchen floor."

That pen was in the kitchen sitting on a tablet on the bar and the bar was a long distance from where the pen ended up on the floor. Some spirit in the house did that.

Can you help me answer the question?
