Try To Follow The Raw Food Weight Loss Plan

If you follow a raw food weight loss diet, I am convinced that you will lose weight.

It's important to cut out all fried foods, most meats which have more fat, bread, pastas and potatoes and anything with sugar as in pastries.

To follow a raw food diet plan, you cannot eat any cooked food, and that is difficult to do immediately. You can start by doing it in stages.

It tried to follow the plan, but after some time, I backed down. It's difficult for me to cut out meat as I live on a labor intensive property. During conversations with my spiritual guides, I could hear their voices often telling me to quit eating meat and to eat more vegetables and fruit.

These are some of the Foods You Can Eat

  • fresh fruits and vegetables,
  • nuts,
  • seeds,
  • beans,
  • grains,
  • legumes,
  • dried fruit,
  • seaweed unprocessed organic or natural foods,
  • freshly juiced fruit and vegetables,
  • purified water - I use blue water and young coconut milk

In the mornings you can have have cold cereal with fruit or if you have a juicer you can make freshly squeezed juice.

Remember there’s no cooked food, so you have to cut out all fish and meat products. As for vegetables, eat them raw with a little low calorie mayonnaise and yogurt sauce or you can try steaming carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and zucchini when it’s difficult to digest then raw.

It is difficult to follow the raw food weight loss diet, so I suggest doing it in stages. It’s difficult to cut out certain foods completely.

For lunch, eat lots of salad with all types of leafy greens, (young spinach is delicious) green or red bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers, onions, radishes, and celery. Here’s where you can add all kinds of different raw vegetables. Toss the salad with Olive oil and organic apple cider vinegar. You can add nuts for protein.

For supper, you can have sushi (raw fish, with salad, and rice or noodles.

Internal Cleansing Is Important!
