Speaking In Different Voices

My sister recently told me that at night I hold conversations in my sleep with myself. This does not suprise me, I already knew I talk in my sleep.

What suprised me was that she said that recently another voice has appeared. My voice is fairly high, soft and cannot go very low. The voice she described was deep, manly, and ominous. When she told me, I became frightened.

I have never heard of talking in your sleep with a voice that your vocal box cannot naturally reach. Do you have any ideas as to what is going on?
