Struck By Lightning Without The Storm

One night, I went to bed and was not yet asleep when in an instant there was aloud snap and a flash explosion of white light. It seemed to run through me.

I wasn't afraid, more amused and impressed. This incident left me in wonderment.

This I think would qualify as somewhat unusual wouldn't it?
