Yes, it is possible to talk to somone using a photo and the pendulum.
You can do this also without using the pendulum or photo. All you have to do is picture the image of the person in your mind and then talk to him or her.
All our thoughts are vibrations and if the person is tuned in, he or she will receive the message.
More and more people are communicating through telepathy which everyone will be able to do one day. If somone is being dishonest in their thoughts, the recevier will know.
