White Light And Voices

Hi.

I'm 21 years old, but ever since I was 5 I encountered strange experiences.

First, I encountered a doll with red eyes. I was asleep and the next thing I know I'm on my bed against a wall. I don't recall sitting up in that position at all. The doll didn't say anything, just stared. I wasn't afraid.

Next day, I remember telling my mom and the day after telling her, my grandfather went to her linen closet where that same doll was covered in a sheet, but with brown eyes this time.

My next encounter, was when I started developing a sense where I knew something would happen that involved me. I don't know how that was.

Then when I was 9 years old something held me down, and pulled my covers down before I grabbed them and screamed.

By the time I was 15, I was used to the feeling of being pushed on when I slept.

But recently, I went through many negative and tragic impacts on my life.

Now, when I sleep I see a white light to my right side. If I look at it, I stop breathing.

A couple of times, I've heard voices but like today I felt my head being elevated and when I asked who was doing that, a deep voice said, "bitch".

I woke up scared, but it only lasted a moment. Do I have sleep anemia or am I also part of some kind of spirit world?
