I was thinking along with the beautiful advice already given...you are asking will I die 4 months from now and my comment is, "Do you want to die in 4 months from now? If not, you need to think positive and continue on the beautiful life plan you are on."
No matter when anyone is going to pass over and go home, why waste time thinking about it..when we already have much to think and grow from while we are here. Personally, I focus on the moment...not on next month. However, if you work on balancing your own energy while you are here today, than you don't need to worry of tomorrow.

It depends on whether you have completed your mission and your lessons this time around or if there is something more for you to do.
